Shipping Policy
We strive to package and ship your artwork with the highest level of care. Because we sell both one-of-a-kind original paintings and custom fine art prints, shipping methods and fulfillment times differ by product type.

1. Original Paintings
All original paintings are packaged securely from our studio and shipped with full tracking and insurance.
  • Domestic Shipping (Within the US): Shipped via USPS (Priority Mail or Ground Advantage). Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
  • International Shipping: Shipped via UPS. Delivery times vary by destination, typically taking 5–10 business days after processing.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 7-9 business days for us to securely package and prepare your original painting for shipment.


2. Fine Art Prints (Print-on-Demand)
Our fine art prints are custom-printed to order and fulfilled automatically through our professional fine art printing partner.
  • Shipping Carriers: To ensure the fastest and safest delivery, our printing lab uses a mix of reliable global carriers based on your delivery location. These include FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail, UPS, and USPS.
  • Fulfillment & Delivery Time: Prints are usually produced within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your region.


3. General Shipping Information

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email from our store containing your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking data to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments (both originals and prints) may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country.
  • These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • We cannot artificially lower the declared value of original artwork on customs forms.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives physically damaged, please document the damage by taking photos of the exterior box before opening it, as well as the artwork inside. Contact us immediately at artbyanastasiia1@gmail.com so we can open an insurance claim with the carrier.
